How can we increase our velocity to release our range of products to market faster?

Dapper Labs came to CodeLink looking for high-quality Developers to increase their development velocity on a range of their products, as well as build out products as an autonomous team.

CodeLink worked with both embedded team and autonomous team models for Dapper Labs, adjusting based on their in-house team and requirements. For embedded team projects, our team members were embedded to work directly with Dapper Labs' team. We worked on the highest priority functionality from Dapper Labs' backlogs to release to market. For autonomous team projects, we collaborated with their product leads to understand and fully develop product initiatives.

We were engaged with Dapper Labs on a range of products over 2 years, with average engagements lasting a few months.

We collaborated with Dapper Labs on several projects that have had a significant impact in the blockchain space. These projects included: 1. CryptoKitties: As an embedded team, we assisted Dapper Labs in releasing a Kitty Breeding tutorial to help new users understand how to use the platform. 2. Dapper Wallet: As an embedded team, we worked on the onboarding flow for Dapper Wallet, a digital wallet that supports different blockchain tokens. 3. Cheeze Wizards: As an embedded team, we worked on the gameplay for Cheeze Wizards, a blockchain battle royal game. 4. Dapper Drops: As an autonomous team, we built the backend for a website where users can claim free tokens for their marketing campaigns. 5. Sticky Book: As an autonomous team, we built an MVP for collecting and selling NFT Stickers. 6. NBA Topshots: We built the landing page for the now hugely popular NBA Top Shots NFT project.
