How can we provide patients seeking last-minute clinic bookings with a trustworthy platform for real-time bookings?

Our client identified a gap in the market for last-minute clinic bookings by casual patients seeking reputable dentists. The platform integrates with the main PMS systems for instant booking confirmations. To facilitate online scheduling for dental practices that are onboarded onto the platform, Our client engaged CodeLink as a fully autonomous team to design and build the application.

CodeLink functioned as an autonomous team, fully designing and developing the platform iteratively.

The project commenced around June 2021 and is still ongoing.

CodeLink initially assisted our client in designing and testing the product concept with product interface designs and testable prototypes. After validating the initial concept through prototype testing with our target demographic, we moved into iterative development of the product, starting with the mobile application. CodeLink subsequently built out the full product across three separate applications: the Booking app for patients, the Practice app for clinics, and the Admin app for internal staff. We also integrated industry-leading PMS systems to facilitate instant booking on both the patient and clinic practitioner sides.
