Glocap approached CodeLink seeking an agency capable of completely redesigning and developing their web platform. The agency was also tasked with building a web portal for job applicants that integrated into the Bullhorn ATS system, enabling them to view and apply for jobs.
Glocap engaged CodeLink is a fully autonomous team looking to CodeLink to provide technical advisory services, product UX and UI design, and backend and frontend integration handling with the Bullhorn ATS.
CodeLink worked as the autonomous design and development team for Glocap for 24 months.
CodeLink first built the front-end website and then continued to design and develop the entire Applicant platform. The platform includes the automated creation of applicant profiles from uploaded PDF CVs, job listings pulled from Bullhorn, and full applicant tracking that synchronizes with the Bullhorn ATS. Glocap Recruiters and applicants looking to apply for new jobs with Glocap now use the web platform developed by CodeLink.
