The client needed to proactively migrate their internal marketplace off an outdated platform before the technology was retired. This legacy system created significant operational risk, featured a dated user interface, and lacked critical functions like automatic content archiving, leading to a cluttered user experience.

This, combined with the manual oversight required for approving registrations and moderating posts, created a significant administrative workload and delayed content from going live.
