A prominent international non-profit organization established in the late 2010s in Singapore, focused on accelerating the global transition toward a circular economy for polymers. The organization serves as a strategic convener and orchestrator, convening over 70 member companies across the entire plastic value chain from resin producers to waste managers.

The challenge

The client, a large organization with multiple departments and platforms, faced growing complexity in managing and visualizing data.
