About the client

A prominent international non-profit organization established in the late 2010s in Singapore, focused on accelerating the global transition toward a circular economy for polymers. The organization serves as a strategic convener and orchestrator, convening over 70 member companies across the entire plastic value chain from resin producers to waste managers.

The challenge

The client, a large organization with multiple departments and platforms, faced growing complexity in managing and visualizing data. They needed a unified, scalable platform that could centralize data, enable real-time analytics, and make insights accessible through an intuitive AI-driven interface.

Their data on plastic waste is global, sourced from over 800 providers, namely UN Environment Programme, World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and International Union for Conservation of Nature, etc. The absence of a single source of truth made collaboration difficult and limited the ability to generate reliable insights.
